-About Network:

Before you place the order, please kindly check whether your local SIM card network is below bands or not:

  (4G/LTE:FDD,2100(B1)/1800(B3) GSM:900(B8)/1800(B3),Otherwise, the car dvr will not identify your sim card. 

-About 24h Monitoring:

The DVR is only compatible with cars that have a 12V power supply. A 24V power supply will burn the motherboard. If you want to use 24V, please add a 24V to 12V Converter(BL).

-About Video :

Our Car DVR is FHD 1080P Video Recorder,must use high quality Class 10 TF Card, any low quality/low speed TF card all can't support our DVRs work normally, if you can't make sure you have good TF Card,please buy our Original TF Card together.

5.How about your quality control?
We have a very strict quality inspection step , 100% full Quality inspection , total 5 steps:
1):Pre assembly, we check all chips/parts or moudle quality firstly .
2): The sencond time quality inspection when we assembly MDVR /Cameras.
3): The Third time quality inspection when the whole MDVR/Camera assembly well.
4): The Fourth time quality inspection after MDVR/cameras againg by power .
5): The Fifth quaity inspection is selective examination, we wil selective examinate 10% items from different boxes before items sent out , once there is one item has problem,all items in the boxes must be checked again.

6.How many employees in your company ?
Our company possesses more than 120 employess and a floorage of 4,000 square meters, has 7 manufacturing lines.

7.How do you give technology support?
Normally,we can give technology support by phone or on line , go to clients' pc to give remote support via Teamview. For some big projects, we can arrange engineer to go to give support on site.

8.What is about your warranty?
For MDVRS, the warranty is 12 month, for Cameras,the warranty is 24 month. But actually we give Lifetime maintenance services, over the warranty period, only need to pay the cost of replacement parts , other maintenance services are free.
